Needed At Gate
Proof of Membership and/or Waiver
As usual, you will need to provide proof of membership & waiver acceptance OR sign a waiver before being admitted to the event. You can attend to this ahead of time!
- Paid members: you can either send a copy of your signed blue card with your registration form (the registrar will shred them after checking for signature and expiration date) OR email the registrar a photo of the front and back of your card or a screenshot of your online membership card (available at https://members.sca.org/scacard.)
- Non-members or members without a waiver on file: you can print the waiver form here, sign it, and mail it with your registration.
Minor Medical Authorization Form
If the minor you are bringing to the event is your own (you are the parent or legal guardian) this does not apply to you.
If you are bringing children / minors to the event that are not your own (e.g. grandchildren, friends, nieces) you MUST have a Minor’s Waiver and a notarized Minor’s Medical Authorization form with you signed by a parent. If you do not, we cannot admit the minor to the event. There are no exceptions. You must complete the forms prior to the event and bring them to the gate with you. Contact the registrar if you have any questions.

COVID Guidelines / Contact Tracing
The short version: ages 12+ bring proof of vaccination OR negative test within 72 hours, and ages 18+ also bring a government-approved ID.
If you are vaccinated (age 12 and up) you can meet the guidelines by bringing your vaccination card (the card, picture, or scan all work.)
If you are age 12 and up and are not vaccinated, you can meet the guidelines by bringing proof of a COVID negative test from a CDC-approved agency that was taken within 72 hours of the event.
The SCA currently requires us to keep contact tracing information on file for 60 days after the event. This can be your email address, telephone number, or address. After 60 days this information will be destroyed via ritualistic bonfire or cross-cut shredder, depending on the weather.
Due to the kingdom COVID guidelines, if you are 18+ you need to show a government-approved form of identification at the gate (driver’s’ license, state ID card, etc.)
Registration will run for the entire month of October. We are not using the new SCA registration system. We are rocking it old school, as we have done in the past. So, you can hand Aesa, Ríoghnach, Una, or Caitrina your registration and payment, or send it to Aesa (our registrar) at the address on the registration form. Cash or checks are accepted, and payment must be made at the time of registration. Payment must be received by midnight on Friday, November 5th.
The event cost is $10 for SCA members, and $15 for non-members.
